FAST BOWLING GUIDELINES

For fast bowling volumes per game and per training please see and adhere to: Fast Bowling Directives pdf

  • However please strictly adhere to the 7-4-2 rule. Put simply; in any 7 day period a fast bowler can only bowl in 4 of those days, and no more than 2 days consecutively. (Our juniors need to be aware of this from a young age due to commitments and requests from school and club for training and matchplay through a congested season.)

ECB/PCA HELMET GUIDANCE
