Competitive cricket for women and girls played in a fun and supportive environment

In March 2024, Bushy Park Girls (BPG) merged with Teddington CC, to form the largest women’s and girls cricket section in Bushy Park.

BPG play and train at Bushy Park Sport Club - a short walk from the TCC Clubhouse. The Women and Girls now receive an exclusive structured training programme provided by the Teddington CC Coaching team.

We provide training and matches for girls aged U9 to U18 and Women’s hardball and softball teams. The teams play in both Middlesex and Surrey Leagues, offering competitive cricket for all ages and abilities.

We are proud to have introduced hundreds of girls to the game over the last 15 years and delighted to see some of our talented players going on represent the club at a county level (junior and adult).

BPG holds regular social events during the season finishing with an additional end of season awards for the girls in September each year.

2026 Memberships are now open, here are our Girls options:

Our youngest members (Reception to School Year 3) join our mixed training, Sunday mornings 10:15am April - July

From U9 (School year 4) our girls can train and play matches in girls-only teams, for this option choose the Bushy Park Girls membership.

Girls also have the option to train and play in the Teddington mixed teams, alongside the boys (in addition to the girls teams). For this option choose the regular junior membership.

In our experience, some girls prefer to train and play sport in a girls-only environment, others enjoy the opportunity to play mixed cricket, some do both. At Teddington CC, each girl can choose her own path and can change their choice at any time.
