TEDDINGTON CRICKET CLUB POLICIES

By joining or renewing your Teddington membership, you agree to the Club policies linked here

We are an inclusive Club!

We are an inclusive Club that welcomes all who want to play cricket and be part of a thriving local sports club.

The Club has a community amateur sports club status (CASC).  Therefore, we expect Club members to contribute towards the running of the Club either through financial (eg. subscriptions) or non-financial (eg. volunteering) contributions.  However, in certain circumstances, we will support players by reducing membership fees and providing help with sports equipment.

We will consider every application for support on its merits. As a general rule we expect an application to be made in writing with reasonable evidence provided to support the application, eg. letter from the player's school confirming they receive the pupils premium.

If an application is successful, it will be for the current season only and another application will be required for support in subsequent seasons.  Successful applications in one season in no way guarantee support in subsequent seasons.

Applications should be sent to the Club's Membership Secretary on membership@teddingtoncc.co.uk for coordination and consideration within the Club.  All applications will be treated with the upmost sensitivity and held in the strictest confidence.  Information provided will be made available only to the Junior Management Committee for consideration and their decision will be final.

Given the Club's status, there is a limit to the level of support we can provide in any particular season.  Consequently, our support can only be provided to those in particular need or on compassionate grounds.
